If you’re like us, you’ve become a master of the desk lunch, scarfing down a hastily packed meal while tap-tapping away on a sticky keyboard. For all you folks hungry for something other than homemade PB&J, Uber, one of this city’s two app-based car services, has you covered this week with its new food delivery service, UberTASTE. From Mon.-Fri., 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Uber will offer a $5 meal — delivery and food costs included — delivered right to your office*.
Here’s how it works: Your regular Uber account will be charged and you’ll be good to go, noshing on a hand, err, car-delivered meal that costs ya one Lincoln. Read on for the week’s menu.
