You may remember local potter Christian Royal — last month he was featured on an episode of INSP’s Handcrafted America, a show that features craftsmen and women from around the country. Well, Royal, who has Down Syndrome, decided that he wanted to help INSP throw a party in Charleston.
Together with a Mt. Pleasant Comcast Xfinity store in Mt. Pleasant, located at 1102 Bowman Road, Suite 100, INSP is throwing a pop-up party with proceeds going to the Down Syndrome Association of the Lowcountry. Head there this Sat. Oct. 21 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The event features a spin wheel and prizes, photo booth, face painting, free food, giveaways, and appearance from Royal.
