[image-1] Iliza Shlesinger, one of this year’s Charleston Comedy Fest headliners, makes her way back to the Lowcountry next May as part of her Elder Millenial Tour. Tickets for the show, held on Fri. May 3 at 7 p.m., go on sale tomorrow, Fri. Oct. 19 at 10 a.m.

When we spoke to Shlesinger earlier this year, she told us about important stuff, like how to become a party goblin. It’s simple really, “You don’t become one, you have one and she enables you to text your ex, dump out your purse on a busy dance floor, decide you can do five Fire Ball shots in a minute, dance on a table, negotiate with a cop. She comes out when she wants and you never see her coming.” Touche.

Last November Shlesinger released her first book, Girl Logic: The Genius and the Absurdity, a collection of essays and observations on a woman’s approach to friendship, singlehood, and relationships. Elder Millennial is Shlesinger’s fourth Netflix stand-up special. Shlesinger has headlined multiple comedy festivals, toured through the Middle East and Europe, and is the only female (and youngest comedian) to hold the title of NBC’s Last Comic Standing.
