Finding Neverland is coming to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center on April 2 and 3. Tickets go on sale Mon. Nov. 19 at 10 a.m.

Based on the 2004 movie of the same name (starring Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet, if that jogs your memory) and the play The Man who was Peter Pan, Finding Neverland the musical is about the relationship between J.M. Barrie, author of Peter Pan, and the family that inspired his most famous work.

A press release describes the show: “Finding Neverland is packed with mesmerizing visuals, irresistible songs and plenty of laughs, it is a timeless story about the power of imagination … and spectacular proof that you never really have to grow up.” And as Huff Post says, the show is “Beautiful and wondrous! It’s pure bliss!” There ya have it, folks.
