Tap Truck Charleston owners Zach and Allie Myers are bringing their custom 1962 Dodge to a neighborhood, corporate party or private event near you, serving local beer, King Bean Coffee, One Love Kombucha and more out of five taps attached to the side of the truck.
Tap Truck Charleston is an extension of a small California-based franchise that launched in 2016. You’ll find Tap Trucks in 25 cities throughout the country, but the Myers’ bright blue truck, named Minty, is the only one in South Carolina.

“It’s a cool truck. The color just pops, and it’s perfect for Charleston,” Zach said.
After purchasing the truck in July, the couple officially launched in August, popping up in local neighborhoods and at private events. They offer a variety of local beers and non-alcoholic options on tap, and in the future, they plan to expand their offering with handcrafted cocktails.
“Right now, we’re going where food trucks are to help promote the truck and our services,” said Zach, who explained they can only serve non-alcoholic beverages for non-private events right now while they await permitting.
“The ultimate goal once COVID subsides and things return to normal will be to mostly do private events like weddings, private parties and corporate events.”
