Supreme Court weighs in, requires witness signatures. The Supreme Court of the United States sided with state Republican leaders and absentee ballots will be required to have a signature. CDC says COVID-19 can spread via airborne transmission. The coronavirus can be transmitted by tiny airborne particles even if people stay farther than six feet apart according to new guidance added to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website Monday. Experts who study viruses have said for months it could be spread through aerosols. Source: NPR
