Southern brunch pop-up Cattails will take over the kitchen at Mount Pleasant’s Little Miss Ha Sunday, April 25, when chefs Morrison Baldwin, Ryan Strauchon and Zoe Greco will serve dishes like chicken and waffles, crab cake benedict, chocolate mousse and more from 10 a.m.-3p.m.

The trio met while attending the Culinary Institute of Charleston. Strauchon currently works at Kingstide on Daniel Island, Greco is the pastry chef at Grill 225 and Baldwin works at Little Miss Ha, where the second Cattails pop-up will take place.

“[Little Miss Ha owner Janice Hudgins] and her husband mentioned hosting pop-ups on Sunday when they were closed,” said Greco, adding that they hosted their first Cattails pop-up at Little Miss Ha on Feb. 21. “It was pretty surreal because we actually had no planning. We’re all from the South, so we made it a Southern-themed type of brunch.”

On Sunday, the trio will serve brunch entrees like chicken and waffles, crab cake benedict and a Southern potato hash bowl. Greco will also bring three desserts to the party — cornbread cake, key lime pie and chocolate mousse.
