Forthcoming Huger Street restaurant Berkeley’s will pop-up on Tuesday, June 1 from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. at Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co., owners Marc and Elizabeth Hudacsko announced on social media. The restaurant, which is an elevated extension of their “We Flew South” pop-up, is set to open later in June in the space previously occupied by Uneeda Sicilian.
“We’re very excited. It’s coming together,” Marc Hudacsko told the City Paper. “When I think about our food, we’re not trying to reinvent the wheel. Simple food made the best way we know how.”
The Tuesday pop-up menu will feature small plates like pork belly, artichoke and kale gratin and hummus, along with favorites like the cheesesteak and chicken parmesan.
