The Kooks and Pogues return to do battle in season two of Netflix’s hit class-warfare series Outer Banks, parts of which have been filmed in the Charleston area. The second installment of the show streams starting July 30.

Last year, after people finished Tiger King and kept scrolling through Netflix, Outer Banks managed to climb to No. 1 on the streaming service.

Outer Banks follows the saga of teenagers from a small North Carolina town in the, you guessed it, Outer Banks. It’s part Dawson’s Creek, part West Side Story, part Toy Story: SVU — or, as our recapper described it, “hornt-up Goonies.”

It’s a classic battle of good versus evil, really: The high-falutin Kooks deign to share the the screen with the workaday Pogues, each as sun-drenched and carefree as the other.

John B (“surfer-dude-bro,” per the ace OBX wiki) and Sarah (“Kook princess”) are both slated to return, of course, along with the rest of the cast.

Outer Banks returns to Netflix starting July 30.
