Spoleto Festival USA and Piccolo Spoleto came back in full force for 2022 with 17 days of theater, opera, dance, music and more from May 27-June 12.

Throughout the festival, City Paper brought daily coverage with previews and reviews of shows and events. Arts journalism graduate students from Syracuse University joined the newspaper’s efforts to amplify coverage by attending and writing about many of the festivals’ events.
