MORNING NEWSBREAK | The undefeated University of South Carolina women’s basketball team is headed to the Final Four tournament after a 70-58 Sunday win over Oregon State.  The Lady Gamecocks, who will be in the Final Four for the fourth straight year, will play Texas or N.C. State Friday night in Cleveland. 

USC beat Oregon State Sunday in a game that the Oregon State coach complained about foul calls. Meanwhile, Clemson lost over the weekend to Alabama in the Elite Eight field in the men’s bracket.  N.C. State, which beat Duke, is the only men’s team from the ACC left in the tourney.

In related news, North Charleston is set to open a new $25 million sports complex today. It includes five gyms, five New tennis courts, a roller rink and a 25-meter pool.
