Juliet, “a restaurant inspired by classic Italian dishes,” is now open at 654 King St., a.k.a. in the old Butcher & Bee. Juliet is currently open for dinner Tues.-Sun. from 5-10 p.m. and for lunch 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Between 3-5 p.m. guests can order from a limited, pizza-only menu.

The bright and airy restaurant, owned by Collective Coffee Co.’s Liz and Sinan Aktar, is a 180 from late-night B&B (RIP), with greenery out the wazoo and real, tiny candles adorning each wooden table.

We stopped by the new spot last night to get a taste of Chef Jordan Moore’s menu items, from small plates to hearty pastas. Pro-tip: Juliet’s menu is designed so that lighter menu items (including cocktails and wines) are at the top, getting heavier, more bold, etc., as you continue down the list. As for us, well, we don’t think you can ever go wrong with a crisp glass of rosé and a slice of Margherita pizza — psst… you can get both at Juliet. Cheers.
