From 1 to 3 p.m. on Sat. Nov. 18, Molina Healthcare will be handing out 350 free turkeys to North Charleston residents at the Shiloh Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
In addition to the turkeys, reusable bags will be distributed with Thanksgiving sides like stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce.
All food items are given on a first-come first-served basis to individuals and families who may not otherwise be able to procure the makings of a Thanksgiving meal.
