For a beer lovin’ fool, one who’s just discovered the many pleasures of high gravity beer, Whole Foods is like some sort of pleasure palace on par with Kubla Khan’s dome of delights. At the very least, it’s Shangri La, that is before the Red Chinese showed up and burned the place to the ground. (Just joking. Shangri La ain’t anywhere on the map). Although there are some who might say you can find a little bit of paradise in a bottle of Chimay or Duval or Delerium Tremens or Golden Monkey or Gonzo Porter or any of the other umpteen high-gravity brews you can find on the shelves at Whole Foods.
