Live 5 is calling the U.S. House District 1 race for incumbent Henry Brown. There is still a whole lot of Charleston County left to count, but they must consider the spread to much to overcome.
Ketner gave one of the most spirited campaigns in recent memory and has certainly left Brown’s war chest seriously depleated. Noone would fault her for continuing to campaign and giving it another try in two years.
