The team behind Stems & Skins officially unlocked the doors Thursday at Three Sirens at 1067 East Montague Avenue in Park Circle — a companion restaurant to the group’s natural wine-focused bar across the street.

With Stems & Skins-veteran chef Julian Lippe in the kitchen, Three Sirens transformed the former Yo Bo Cantina space into a cozy spot fit for friends or date night.

Lippe’s preview-night menu last week offered more than a dozen dishes, from chargrilled oysters and smoked fish croquettes to crispy Parisian gnocchi and fish two ways.

Three Sirens is the second project for co-owners Matt Tunstall and Justin Croxall, who, in 2016, opened Stems & Skins steps away at 1070 East Montague Avenue.

The duo’s second spot is just the latest newcomer to the Park Circle strip, which also recently saw Paddock & Whisky cut the ribbon two doors down from Stems & Skins. Tattooed Moose is also working on a new location nearby.
