Paddock & Whisky on James Island is, of course, all about the whiskey and the people. The bar opened its second location in Park Circle last year, expanding its reach as a neighborhood hangout. Head Bartender Caroline Woodruff was recently inspired by “Big Poppa” by The Notorious B.I.G. to create her own signature cocktail, “A Foolish Pleasure,” made with cheese-washed gin, egg, Welch’s grape soda, cognac, maple and cream. She gave City Paper her list of top five tunes that bring her imagination to life.
