Welcome to St. Patrick’s Day weekend 2025. With the holiday falling on a Monday this year, things kick off around town as early as Saturday and keep rockin’ til the beginning of next week. Here’s a roundup of just some of the bashes, brews and bites you can look forward to around town.
All weekend long

Tommy Condon’s will host its 41st annual St. Patrick’s celebration through March 17, with live music, drink specials, extended hours and more.
Seanachai Whiskey & Cocktail Bar will party all weekend long, from March 15 through March 17. Look forward to daily performances from Irish dancers and live entertainment both Sunday and Monday. There will also be a special St. Paddy’s menu.
Charleston Sports Pub locations will feature food and drink specials all weekend like $4 green beer, Irish whiskey and Guinness and corned beef sliders and pretzel bites.
Guests are encouraged to “get lucked up” at The Shelter this St. Patrick’s Day weekend with a bunch of drink specials (and live music!) from March 15 through March 17. Drink specials include $4 pours of green beer, Irish whiskey and Guinness, $6 car bombs and $2 Jell-O shots.

There’s no better place to sip green beer than Low Tide Brewing, which has been brewing the good stuff for years now. Head to Johns Island for that iconic green, glittery beer, served March 15 through March 17.
All Dog & Duck locations celebrate St. Patrick’s Saturday through Monday with drink specials all weekend long — think $5 Jameson and $7 Irish car bombs. Each location will host live music March 15 and serve traditional Irish fare like corned beef and Guinness stew March 17.
Saturday

Dunleavy’s Pub hosts its annual block party March 15. Head over to Sullivan’s beloved pub for food specials featuring corned beef cabbage and shepherd’s pie.
Red’s Ice House hosts its annual Shamrock the Dock March 15. Enjoy live music all day, $5 Guinness draft and car bomb specials, $5 Miller and Coors Light drafts and more.
Make your way to Folly for a big ol’ St. Paddy’s party at The Washout March 15. Guests can check out live music by Red Right Return and a variety of drink specials.
The city of North Charleston hosts its annual St. Paddy’s Day Block Party from noon to 5 p.m. March 15. Head to East Montague Avenue for live music, street vendors, a kid’s zone and more.
Sunday

The Container Bar will host a St. Paddy’s bash March 16. Guests can look forward to live music from DJ Flip, food from Mastro’s Fire and Carne en Vara El Samán, $25 crab leg buckets and $5 car bombs and Guinness pints all day.
Triangle Char and Bar will host a St. Pat’s shindig March 16. Things kick off at 10 a.m. with a Sunday brunch and the parking lot party begins at 2 p.m. Enjoy live music from The Midnight City Band from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and drink specials like car bombs and pints of Guinness. Traditional Irish food specials include corned beef sandwiches and more. Tickets are $20 at the door and $15 ahead of time.
Monday

Help Cumberland Street Irish pub Bumpa’s go out with a bang this weekend. You can celebrate one last time (before the bar closes its doors March 18) with a blowout party March 17. Enjoy limited edition food items like cottage pie, and corned beef and cabbage as well as green beer from Low Tide Brewing. There will also be Irish breakfast shots and music from local bagpipe players.
The city of Charleston hosts its annual parade at 10 a.m. March 17. We don’t think they’ll be handing out beers and pretzel bites curbside, but make your way to downtown pubs like Tommy Condon’s or Mac’s Place after the festivities for a pint or two.
