Last week’s mystery, “Lots of wood,” shows the inside of Campbell’s Covered Bridge in Landrum. Mystery sleuth Jay Altman of Columbia tells us the bridge, which showcases wooden framing and plank flooring, was built in 1909 across Beaverdam Creek by Charles Irwin Willis.
The only other person to identify the bridge was George Graf of Palmyra, Va.
