The latest update from the National Hurricane Center keeps South Carolina out of the way of Tropical Storm Danny’s projected path.
That said, it’s sure to be another active weekend of rough surf on the coast.
Based on a variety of tracking models, estimates put potential landfall as far south as North Carolina and as far north as Canada.
The storm could reach hurricane strength within a few days, particularly if it stays out over the water.
