This just in: Muse Restaurant & Wine Bar (located at 82 Society Street, just between King and Meeting streets) and June Bonner’s Vocal Studio will host an intimate free “concert” this Sunday afternoon, featuring vocalist John Roberts and multi-instrumentalist/composer Fernando Rivas.
Roberts, a psychiatrist at Medical University of South Carolina, earned praise earlier this year during Piccolo Spoleto for his take on jazz/swing great Louis Prima. Rivas is an award-winning, Cuban-born musician, poet, playwright, and songwriter known for his work with cinematic, stage, and television productions.
