Looks like there’s been a changing of the guard at Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar. Todd Garrigan has been replaced in the kitchen with Stephen Ollard.
I saw Garrigan working in the kitchen at Cypress last week while I was interviewing Craig Deihl, who told me Garrigan’s been with him for a couple months.
You might remember Ollard from his stint at Coco’s Cafe in Mt. Pleasant. He purchased the restaurant in 2006 and ended up closing it in October of 2009, a victim of the recession.
