The National Endowment for the Arts has committed to awarding a $100,000 Our Town grant to the city of Charleston to support the Gaillard Center’s Arts Precinct project. Our Town is focused on shaping cities and towns through the arts and cultural activities. The Arts Precinct is a parallel investment to the Gaillard Center’s proposed $142 million renovation.
