ABC announced it’s plans for the fall season today. Absent from the flood of new shows was the Alyssa Milano vehicle Family Juleps that had filmed a pilot earlier this year and was planning production in Charleston. The show was lured to the area because of our welcoming tax incentives. Oh, well, we’ve still got Army Wives on cable.
