Got an e-mail from the South Carolina Equality Coalition, asking that people write a letter to the editor of their local papers to call attention to the death of 20-year-old Sean Kennedy in Greenville. An apparent victim of a hate crime.

A hate crime was committed in Greenville last week. Twenty year old Sean Kennedy left a Greenville club after being harassed inside by someone because he was gay. Witnesses say that the accused, 18-year-old Andrew Moller, got out of his car, punched Sean in the head, then drove off, while Sean lay bleeding in the parking lot. He died just a few hours later. No one should be assaulted for being gay. No one should die for living an honest life. You can help prevent this from happening again
