Summer School: Grab Your Bibs

What says summer in the South more than a great serving of down-home barbecue? Want to learn the secret to a successful batch of anything barbecued? Novice cooks, here’s your chance to hone your grilling skills as the South Carolina Barbeque Association and the Carolina Pit Masters team up for the very first South Carolina Barbeque Cooking School, held at the Rodeo Arena in Lexington, S.C. on June 22 and 23. Prepare yourself for a hands-on lesson in competitive barbecue cooking by reigning Master Barbecue Award Champion Tim Handy of Summerville and 2006 S.C.
