For those who like out-of-the-ordinary music shows, local multimedia-loving singer/storyteller Yukari Yucca will present “Peach Boy” at the Map Room, 1650 Sam Rittenburg, West Ashley on Thursday night (Aug. 16).
Yucca will relate “amazing stories from far away for the young and old.” Peach Boy’s an acquired taste – a Japanese take on heroes and happiness wrapped up in a wacky narrative. But anything different, imaginative and locally made sounds good to me.
