Hillary is giving her post-Iowa speech. She’s sounds haggard, like she’s been yelling at someone for an hour and a half over who left the refrigerator door open or that she’s been deep-sixed for a few weeks with a case of bronchitis. Through the bathroom door, I listen. When she says, “I want to lead,” it sounds an awful lot like “I want to leave.”
Edwards on the other hand sounded rejuvenated, even in defeat.
