If you’ve been driving by the Magnolia site in the Neck area, you’ll have noticed that another large metal shed has been torn down.
We spoke with Magnolia president Dan Prophet about the project and he said they’re moving on schedule, expecting to reach agreements with the city on development plans soon and starting construction on the marsh entrance to the site in April. Inner roadways will begin construction early this summer, but properties won’t be available for use until mid-2010.
