North Chuck’s not exactly the dining mecca that her sister city southward is. Nope. Up here in the naval yard wastelands, the restaurant choices are pretty much limited to chain restaurants. You know, Ruby this and Olive that. Not that chains are necessarily bad. Consider Andolini’s Pizza. Yeah, it’s some good ‘za — not going to argue with you there. But for the folks in North Charleston it’s some good ‘za that’s now in their part of town. Seriously, the clouds parted and the angels sang when the Andolini’s on Rivers Avenue opened late last year.
