Over the last year or so, Santi has created a little garden outside of his Mexican restaurant in the Neck, up near where Morrison, King, and Meeting streets all come together. You know, the area that trucks rumble through on their way to the port. It’s loud and industrial up there, but you wouldn’t know it when you’re sitting on Santi’s patio. He’s got so much green stuff to buffer the noise that you’re liable to feel like you’re out on Shem Creek. OK, maybe that’s a stretch. But the patio is nice and one of our favorite places to drink margaritas on a mild winter afternoon.
