For a city with gorgeous year-round weather, Charleston’s awful weak on sidewalk seating. Luckily, O’Hara and Flynn is doing its part to fill the void. Come spring, they tear open the shutters, throw up the sash, grab a few pieces of lawn furniture and like that, you’re watching tourists parade East Bay with a beer in hand. Short of making alcohol legal on the street (cheers to Savannah), this is as good as the Holy City gets to beer garden bliss.
