Walking into the Nancy Koltes store is a bit of a surprise — it’s bright and spacious, unlike many of the cute-but-confined shops on Upper King. In fact the place has a distinctly European feel, with luxurious linens, quaint accessories, and chic toiletries spread throughout the space. If you’re looking to update your bedroom and bathroom, you’ll find everything you need here to make it downright pretty. The linens themselves, designed by Koltes, feature soft colors and prints, matching the loungewear and lingerie scattered around. The toiletries have some of the coolest packaging we’ve seen (that’s the most important thing, right?), and you should definitely get some candles while you’re at it — our favorite scent is called “Sex.” The most whimsical corner of the store is of course the kid’s section, where you’ll find everything from adorable little barrettes to a vintage pink tricycle.
