Why go? It has a hot air balloon. It’s accessible to everyone (because it’s free!) and it’s been moved to the cooler evening hours in response to last year’s blistering midday temperatures.
Who should go? Those who long to experience the world, or travel to Oz, but are handicapped by steeply rising gas prices.
