Charlottesville-Va.-based band Sparky’s Flaw is currently touring the East Coast, and they’re hitting up the Oasis this Saturday. Describing their music as reminiscent of Maroon Five and The Fray, my very professional opinion is that Will Anderson (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Kit French (sax), Alex Hargrave (bass), Johnny Stubblefield (drums), and Nate McFarland (lead guitar) are destined for stardom. Their catchy songs paired with their dashing good looks pretty much guarantees it. They’ve been playing together since high school, they signed with Mercury in 2007, and they recently graced the cover of Playlist magazine. Check them out at or
