On Wednesdays at 11 a.m. until Aug. 6, an artist from Vanishing Landscapes along with a member from the Coastal Conservation League will lead a summer lecture series at the City Gallery at Waterfront Park.
Presentations will be geared toward issues like global warming, deforestation, and endangered wildlife in a effort to merge art and conservation, as well as provide an important context to help illuminate the themes captured in show now on display at the gallery. —Alison Sher
