With his reelection essentially in the bag (his opponent has less than $1,000, compared to Graham’s millions), Sen. Lindsey Graham isn’t wasting time in the Palmetto state. Any number of recent photo ops for Sen. John McCain have included Graham, including the much-talked about stop at a German restaurant while Barack Obama was giving his speech in Germany.

With S.C. solidly in McCain’s corner, he’s sending Graham to true battle ground states like our neighbor Georgia.

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) visits Savannah on Wednesday, August 6th to talk about key issues affecting Georgia in a town hall meeting. Wednesday’s meeting at the Jewish Education Alliance at 5:30 p.m. is open to the general public.

I’m not sure what kind of fan base Graham has in Savannah, but considering we’re still fighting over water and port supremacy, I’m certainly interested in how he’ll be received.
