The Piccolo Fiction Open will be in its ninth year this time around. The PFO is a literary competition for the Piccolo Spoleto Arts Festival. This year’s competition asks writers to submit a 1,300-word story with the theme of “One Hundred Dollars.” Submissions require a $10 fee and must be sent with an application.
