Charleston County has announced the winners of its sift through my trash contest Creative Recycling Arts Contest.
Entrants include pieces using cardboard, ink cartridges, bottle caps, plastic bottles, newsprint (lets hope they mean well-read newsprint) and other “trash.”
The first place winner was Dayton Colie for his work, “Medusa,” made from cardboard and milk bottles. Interesting enough, that was likely constructed on the same budget as the Medusa in “Clash of the Titans.”
