I’m working on an article for the next issue of Dish (set to hit the streets Feb. 18), and I’ve[image-1] decided to write about buttermilk. That’s right, buttermilk. This afternoon, I stopped by The Glass Onion to try their buttermilk biscuits and found them to be light, fluffy, tender and perfectly delicious.

Now, I’m looking for the best buttermilk pancakes in town. I plan to hit Charleston’s Cafe tomorrow for breakfast, ’cause I expect theirs to be pretty good. If anyone has any other suggestions, I’m open. Cause when else am I going to be able to write off a buttermilk pancake breakfast.
