Please when you call. Know what you are going to say. Don’t give me 10 second pauses of silence between your thoughts. It is very uncomfortable. You are suppossed to be a professional, so get that Elmer Fudd speech impediment taken care of, too. I know you make enough money to go see a speech therapist, so get it worked out. I swear when you call I just want to hang up the phone. I’ve got it….send an email, yes that is the answer.
