A foreign tabloid is suggesting that Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps had a blast and a bong on a visit to Columbia. First, we don’t know what he was doing in Columbia instead of Charleston. (Doesn’t he know we’re considering a multi-million dollar aquatic center?!) Second, that’s a pretty cheap watch. We’d just go around with one of those medals on our wrist.
