Chef Sean Brock from McCrady’s is down in Florida this weekend for the Naples Winter Wine Festival, where he’ll be rubbing elbows with celebrity chefs like Emeril Lagasse, John Besh, David Waltuck from Chanterelle, Jonathan Benno from Per Se, and a bunch more.

[image-1]The event raises a boatload of money for underprivileged children, more than $69 million since 2001 — not surprising, since tickets are $7,500 per couple and are only sold to the entire festival (unlike our own Food + Wine event, which is sold alacarte in addition to package deals).

On his blog, Brock wrote:

“I am honored and really excited to be a small part of such a prestigous festival.  Thanks to my friend Michelle for helping me get involved.

I can promise it will be alot fun.  Just take a look at that line up of chefs, holy crap!”
