Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced on Feb. 16 that Michael Phelps will not face charges due to the photo take of the Olympic athlete in Columbia with his mouth wrapped around a bong. The picture frustrated parents with little tadpoles, but provided a rallying tool for pot smokers around the nation. What is the next photo that will shame Phelps while also providing an often beleagured group with a new spokesman?
A. Phelps watching “Battlestar Galactica” with a dry erase board listing his guess for the mystery 13th cylon. Group benefiting: Geeks.
B. Phelps piloting a corporate jet from Detroit to Washington with a bunch of bankers waving bonus checks in the background. Group benefiting: Everyone who ever got a free lunch.
C. Phelps showing off his abs and Speedo tanline to Lindsey Lohan in the desperate attempt for a hook-up. Group benefiting: “That guy.”
D. Phelps posing with a Japanese tour group, slanting his eyes with his fingers. Group benefiting: Miley Cyrus LLC.
