More information regarding the incident downtown where a tow truck driver broke a woman’s car window. The police report states that the tow truck driver says he had his hand stuck in the luggage rack and broke the window to get the woman to stop the car so he could free himself.
“He could have pressed charges, but he didn’t,” says police spokesman Charles Francis.
