Bob Waggoner from Charleston Grill
Charleston’s foodie circles were abuzz back in January when word leaked that Bob Waggoner was leaving Charleston Grill after a dozen years in the kitchen. The restaurant remains in the capable hands of former-sous Michelle Weaver, and Waggoner has a ton of new projects already in the works, including an online video program called U Cook with Chef Bob. Still, it’s the end of an era for one of Charleston’s most noted fine dining restaurants.
