Terrace Theater

For Little City Musical Theatre Company’s Rocky Horror Show, the stage was tiny, technical aspects were so-so, but the singing and acting really clinched it. The cast rocked, but we think particular note should be made of Jimmy Flannery. He was the perfect Riff Raff — a scrawny body, seedy mug, and reedy tenor that pierced the air like the “laser gun” he wielded at the end of the show. Little City has gone into a period of reorganization, but Flannery was no doubt the discovery of the year. We can’t wait for his return to the stage. And he doesn’t even have to wear fishnets.
