So why does this park need some love? It’s got your standard playground equipment — things to climb, things to ride, things to allow a kid to get out all of that restless energy. But there’s one problem. The park is underneath the overpass, not exactly a kid-friendly kind of place. Now winos and crack heads — that’s another thing entirely.
