Popular radio show This American Life broadcasts live via satellite to select movie theaters on Thurs. April 23 at 8 p.m. The show is full of essays, stories, and audio documentaries that all centered around a theme for each broadcast. The stage performance of the radio show is hosted by Ira Glass and will include storytellers Dan Savage, Starlee Kine, and Mike Birbiglia. David Rakoff and Dave Hill conduct some “special investigations” while Chris Ware is featured for a new cartoon. You can also expect visuals by Arthur Jones.
