The Charleston International Film Festival, now in its second year, is here this month for the weekend of the 23rd-26th. The lineup of films include a large portion of local and international films, with some faces you might recognize (like the cast of Gospel Hill) and most you won’t.

Held at the Terrace Theater, the four-day fest will feature over 80 films of all types of genres (anywhere from a documentary about South of the Border’s creation to a Australian horror flick about a “dying breed” of some seriously scary people) and after-parties at Chai’s, Fish, the VUE at Ripley Point and a final Awards Gala on Sunday.

Check out www.cciff.com to see the full lineup and get tickets before they’re gone. —Hadley Lyman
